Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully fueled and satisfied with your purchase; if our nutrition products don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our site. Due to the nature of food products, all returns must be in their original, unopened packaging to ensure safety and quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Hive Customer Service team within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unopened product in its original box and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
